the kingdom of burgers
i know this will be strange and surprising to many, but the bk grilled chicken salads are really fantastic.
i have yet to try the grilled shrimp version, but plan to soon.
i can't tell you how great it is to be able to get a reliably fresh, cold salad (with tender little carrots, and a big pile of real parmesan shavings) very quickly at almost any place and time. it's like living on the enterprise and having a replicator around every corner (which i've always thought would be a great way to live, for folks who don't cook so much, like myself.)
go ahead, revile me if you wish for my evil fast food habits, but i am so digging this.

ahhh, not to worry. i'm pretty fond of McDonalds' new salads. their cobb salad is awesome! it has blue cheese crumbles & bacon bits and grilled chicken. i think it's very good. now if only they'd stop charging $.75 to use a debit card then i would lift my embargo and have one.

I've always had that replicator (Tea, Earl Grey, hot!) fantasy myself. Because I don't cook AT ALL and it always irritates me that I never know what to eat.
