well, i went a little overboard. i had five small pops:
- chocolate brownie (still my all time favorite)
- chocolate malted milk ball
- mexican chocolate
- coffee
- peppermint stick
i also gave summer the following excellent pop ideas, which i hope she uses:
- try making a wine reduction for the wine pops she's been working on
- make a sangria pop
- we talked a lot about alternatives to sugar. she would need pasteurizing equipment to sweeten the dairy pops with anything other than sugar, but if she does that, she could use honey and make a baklava pop.
