suddenly very glad i went to the drive-in recently.

Fire destroys Starlite screen

i think if bob says he'll rebuild, then he will. but that neon sign is irreplaceable, as are the movies and posters he had stored.

That's a shame. But it's good that he's going to rebuild. There aren't enough drive-ins left anymore.

By the way, the line "The snack bar, which houses a small gun store" in the article just cracks me up. "Darla, go to the snack bar & get me a beer and a box o' buckshot!" :D

I saw this on the news last night and was saddened by it - and no insurance, either. That was a surprise.
