I saw that car today at BLS. It was almost as bad a color as my new old car, parked not too far away. It also had the advantage of being new.

I'm actually at a loss for a term that describes the color of my new old car. The closest I can some is "a slightly pearlescent bright maroon," but even that doesn't really convey it. :) I may need your expert help in this matter.

I think the folks at BPAL could help with naming the color on both this car and Joe's.

Joe -- is it a Saturn? I have a co-worker with a car of a similar indescribable color. It's not quite magenta, but it's not maroon either.

Stephanie -- It's a '93 Mercury Cougar. The pictures don't quite do it justice: http://jhv.blogs.com/falloutshelter/2007/04/finally.html.
