BPAL - Ultraviolet
"Electrifying, mechanized and chilly -- the scent of crushed blooms strewn on cold metal. Lush violet and neroli spiked hard with eucalyptus and a sliver of mint."
in the bottle: violet and something sharp and cold, almost like ozone.
on me: violet, mint, eucalyptus.. this seems to be very stable on me and just as advertised. not a trace of the dreaded baby powder. it's not something i'd reach for every day, but the cool eucalyptus scent is nice for a hot day. interestingly, i get more violet on my wrists; more mint and eucalyptus on my chest.
this won't go on my wishlist for a larger bottle, but i'll probably keep this imp.

Did you smell metal in it? I've been eying this one but what makes me hesitate is that a lot of reviews mention it smelling like metal. I think one said it smelled like the inside of a Greyhound bus.

not after i put it on, but i guess that cold smell in the bottle could be interpreted that way.
i'm pretty sure the inside of a greyhound bus doesn't smell like metal, though. :)
you can try it sometime if you like.
