BPAL - Shroud, Kuang Shi
I put this on over unscented lotion because i've just gotten out of the pool and that dries my skin out so much that perfume doesn't really work on it.
Shroud
"Dry white sandalwood wrapped in thin woods, soft grasses and the lightest white flowers layered over cajeput and the warm, deep scent of embalming herbs."
There's something not-quite-right here, i think. a touch of powder or soap maybe? i'm not sure about this one...
Kuang Shi
"Bust out the dzang dzi! This scent honors the zombies of Chinese lore. Mandarin orange, white musk, mango, and white sandalwood."
A very odd scent. I'm not sure I like it. It's much sharper than I would have thought-- orange and mango make me think "sweet", which this barely is. it's certainly mellowing as i wear it.
i'm going to let it wear for a while... i want to see where it goes. i could go either way on this one.
