BPAL - Fruit Moon, Numb, The Star

Fruit Moon

"The bountiful, bright and vivacious prelude to the Harvest. A horde of wet, ripe fruits: green apple, apricot, blackberry, black cherry, black and red currants, cantaloupe, English pear, guava, lemon and lime, orange, mandarin orange, kiwi and mango, passion fruit, papaya, Georgia peach, raspberry, plum, tangerine, pomegranate and strawberry over a luminous blend of lunar oils."

"Bright and vivacious" is right; this is sweet and fruity. Wet, the tropical and melon fruits are dominant; upon drydown, there is a general sweet fruityness. It's really nice.

Numb

"...a singularly chilly, delectably ice-rimmed perfume. Revel in the gelid polar frostiness that is Numb, and forget about the heat for a moment."

A limited edition originally intended for winter, Beth decided to release it in the worst heat of summer instead. Reviews said it was powdery, so I didn't expect to like it (I'd ordered it before reviews were available). It doesn't contain any mint, which is what a lot of folks were hoping for, myself included.

Much to my surprise, I think I really like it. Wet, it's powdery but not the nasty bad baby powder that I get as a bad reaction to some kinds of dark musk. There's a very light floral component as well.

As it dries, the powder dies down and the floral comes forward. It becomes warmer, as well. It's more similar to commercial perfume than I normally like, but nevertheless, I'm fond of this one.

Tarot - The Star

There is no description for Tarot oils.

In the bottle, there is gentle coconut and mint– it's lovely and delicious.

Disappointingly, it has a very odd, somewhat unpleasant scent when I put it on. It made me feel kinda headachey. I had to wash it off.

You should post your review of Numb on the forums, which has a higher percentage of negatives than any other I've seen.
