well, the legacy of the painful shoes lives on... in the form of an all-day backache that actually inspired me to take an anti-inflammatory (which i very rarely do). at least, i guess it's the shoes that are the culprit... running usability tests all day didn't help, as they require me to be standing or bent over for an hour at a time.
the time change seems to be kicking my ass, too... i was exhausted through most of my radio show, as if i'd slept much less than i actually had.
maybe i should go to bed or something... it's very hard to turn off HGTV for some reason, though!
