on saturday night, the 1st ("All souls day" as Ray informed us), i had some folks over to watch 'the nightmare before christmas'. i've always been a huge fan of this movie; i didn't know until quite recently that both Ray and Georg are fans of it as well. Sarah came as she is also fond of it, and Joe came-- turned out that he'd never seen it before. In fact, he said he'd never seen a Tim Burton movie before.
it was a nice time, i got to show off the new living room, and we ate gingerbread and pumpkin pie and drank cider.
today i am actually doing pretty much nothing. as i put it to jason recently, all of my time-dependent obligations are finished, until roswell.
of course, it being the fifth anniversary of roswell, and the last year for allpods, that's not going to be a small project. david is giving me a free booth on the vendor floor, we're going to team up with val to do some video stuff, and steph, bj and i are going to bring the trivia game to roswell since it was so popular at nbeast.
There's about a million other things that i *should* do today. but to hell with that. i'm doing nothin'.

"Does this mean you can find love when it snows in hell?"
or something like that. probably neither of us have his exact quote.
