wheeeeee!
christa joined me on my walk today, we went down to duke park and played on the see-saws and other fun stuff.
i walked for an hour and actually kinda wore myself out a little this time. i'm sure i'll be bouncing off the walls again tomorrow, though...

Good for you both! I also took a walk in today's glorious sunshine. It's been far too long that I've been a slug, ugh. And today my doctor's office called with my cholesterol report just as I was starting to dress my steak prior to broiling.
