so. wrong.
i've long since admitted that i'm a total music snob. after ninety-squintillion years as a college radio dj, how could it really be otherwise?
i've certainly met people with agressively bad taste in music. hell, i even dated one for a year and a half. i accept that not everyone can be reached, and that, of course, musical taste is a very individual, personal thing.
but, i mean, come on!
found today in an online personal:
I like most types of music, though my 3 faves are GWAR, Janis Joplin, and Meatloaf. I also like Aerosmith, Metallica (pre-sellout), Porn on Beta, the Rolling Stones, "Weird Al" Yankovic, and the Who.
dude, i seriously doubt that you like most types of music.

no. they were not kidding.
i think it would be, um, cruel or wrong in some way to actually identify the ad given that i've taken part of it out of context and have made derogatory editorial comments about it, so take my word on it that the full ad indicated that it was not a joke.
