grumble.
i was looking over my recent credit card bill today and spotted a line item from salon.com.
i knew immediately what it was-- the renewal of my salon premium subscription-- but i was not expecting that to happen automatically. i'm not so sure i would have renewed, actually, had it not been automatic.
i went into my salon subscriber prefs and sure enough, renew was set to "automatic"-- but i don't remember ever being asked if that's how i wanted things set up, and i'm pretty sure i wouldn't have set it up that way if i had been asked.

ok, so a) your comment won't post right away because i have to approve it first and b) you might get a server error but your comment probably posted anyway and c) previewing doesn't work so i've removed the preview button.
